Where we ship
LhotseToSky currently ships to the United States and Australia. Some products ship to the United States only; this is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States and Australia. There are no shipping fees added at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. They are counted from the day your order is placed and can be longer during holidays, peak season or customs checks.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you have an account, you can also follow your order from the My account page. Orders containing several products may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Delays or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or your tracking has not updated for 7 days, please contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it; once an order has shipped we may not be able to change the address.
